If you need to make a request for information under the Data Protection Act (normally known as a Subject Access Request) please make your request formally in writing to:

Please ensure that your request is:

- Made on headed paper (if you are a company)
- Contains the name and contact details of the requestor
- That the request is signed in ink by the requestor
- Includes a stamped addressed envelope for the return of the information requested
- Includes our information request fee of £ 10 

Please also make clear in any correspondance your grounds for the request in connection with which section of the Data Protection Act including the relevant subsection applicable.
