Below is a guide on how to set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records from your cPanel control panel.

DKIM
- Login to your cPanel account
- Go to Email Deliverability, located in the Email section:
- Click on the Manage button for the domain you wish to enable the DKIM record for.
- If you want to set a default DKIM record, scroll down to Suggested DKIM Record and click on the Install button.
SPF
- Login to your cPanel account
- Go to Email Deliverability, located in the Email section:
- Click on the Manage button for the domain you wish to enable the SPF record for.
- If you want to set a default SPF record, scroll down to Suggested SPF Record and click on the Customise button:
- Scroll down to Additional settings section and include two new entries by clicking on Add A new “+include” item.
- Click on Install a customised SPF record:
DMARC
- Login to your cPanel account
- Go to Zone Editor, located in the Domains section.
- Click the Manage button on the domain you wish to add the record in.
Click the Add Record button, and add the following type of record:
Type: TXT
Host: _dmarc
Value: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; rua=mailto:<example@example.com>; ruf=mailto:<user@example.com>;
TTL: 3600 (1 hour)
In the above example, the DMARC record is set to quarantine all non-aligned messages, you can adjust p to “reject” to reject non-aligned emails or “none” which will have no effect. The record will also send a report to the email address specified.
