Sometimes emails you were expecting do not arrive. There is certain information we need in order to diagnose these issues.
To effectively track email problems like this we will need the following information.
1. The time and date the email was sent.
2. Any error messages that may have been returned
3. Any Internet headers from the returned or delayed messages
Internet headers can be retrieved by right clicking on the email and selecting properties. Copy and paste the header information into an email and log a ticket with our support team
