Posted by Anthony Hogbin on 22 February 2017 09:04 AM

Following the successful migration of mail.myhostcp last night - we are aware that there is an issue with folder visibility.

Engineers are currently working to resolve this.

It is important to realise that this effects a single mail server, and does not impinge on any other enterprise or shared service.

We will update you as this progresses.

[UPDATE 0918]

Historical email is now available once again. Thank you for your patience.

Engineers have rolled back the upgrade - and are working with the vendor regarding progressing this.

[ COMPLETED ] Planned failover between routers.
Posted by Anthony Hogbin on 30 January 2017 06:01 PM
We have identified an issue with one of our datacenter core routers that deals with some of our peering traffic in Manchester causing low-levels of packet loss and poor performance for some traffic paths.

We are currently liaising with Cisco TAC to troubleshoot the issue with this particular device and they have requested that we perform an emergency controlled supervisor failover to rule out an issue with the currently active supervisor card.

This controlled failover will occur at 23:00GMT this evening, 30th January 2017.

Traffic has already been moved away from this device and no customer impact is expected from the failover, but network should be considered at-risk for the 15 minutes following the supervisor failover in case of any unforseen issues.

Once the failover has been completed we will liaise further with Cisco TAC to see if this has had the desired result or else continue with the troubleshooting.

Please feel free to reach out via the usual support methods if you have any questions or concerns following this change.
