Tasks do not show up when using Outlook 2011 for Mac to access Exchange

Problem:

When using our Hosted Exchange email and using a Mac, Tasks do not seem to show up or synchronsie properly, however they are avilable in Outlook Web Access and also syncronise with iPhone etc.  You may also not show any results when searching in Outlook for a mail item.

Solution:

This can be caused when the Spotlight index on your Mac is incomplete.

To resolve you'll need Spotlight to re-index.
