Catchall removal and creating Email Aliases

In regards to resolving this issue you will need to log into the web mail interface as an administrator for the account at (where X indicates the mail server required).

Once logged in you will need to navigate to 'Domain Settings' then 'Email Aliases' and 'add alias'.

Enter the alias name (for example 'sales') then in the box below labelled Emails enter in the full destination email address (ie '').

You will need to do this for all email addresses that do not have a valid mailbox created but still need to receive email.
