[ COMPLETED ] Engineering works on VM / VPS / Cloud platform
Posted by Anthony Hogbin on 14 March 2017 09:15 AM

Cloud Platform Engineering Works Thursday 16th March.

Engineering works are to take place on the VM/VPS/Cloud platform between the hours of 2300hrs Thursday to 0500hrs Friday. These works are to upgrade the control panel.

During this period the control panel will be unavailable.

Completion of these works will involve both a software and hardware platform upgrade.

Virtual Machines and the services they deliver will be completely unaffected. However your ability to scale and control them from outside of the host will be temporarily interrupted.

Our engineers will work alongside the platform vendor through the night, and will have service back for 5am.

We do not expect any issues upon completion - however, should you experience any anomalies with this platform following that - please do not hesitate to raise this as an issue to be looked into with

Thank you for your patience.

** UPDATE **
